A: Standard documents include:

Only with prior written approval. We handle dangerous goods following IATA, IMDG, ADR, and local regulations. Prohibited goods cannot be shipped.

Charges are based on:

Payments are typically Net 7, Net 14, or Net 30 depending on the agreement. All invoices must be paid before shipment release if required.

No. All standard charges are included in your quote. Additional fees may apply for customs fines, redelivery, demurrage, or special handling.

Yes. We can act as your customs broker and provide guidance for import/export compliance. Duties and taxes are paid by the client unless otherwise agreed.

Delays caused by customs inspections are outside our control. We assist in providing required documentation to expedite release.

Standard shipments are subject to limited carrier liability. Full cargo insurance is available upon request.

Claims must be submitted in accordance with our Refund & Claims Policy:

• Visible damage: within 48 hours

• Hidden damage: within 7 days

• Delay: within 14 days

• Lost shipment: within 30 days

All disputes are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and subject to Hong Kong courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
